the Cardiff Catholic Chaplaincy
A Word of Welcome
Welcome to Cardiff Catholic Chaplaincy at 62 Park Place! We are delighted to have you here. Located in the heart of Cathays Park Campus, the Chaplaincy offers an oasis of calm for the staff and students from across the higher education sector in the city of Cardiff, catering in particular to Cardiff University, Cardiff Metropolitan University, the University of South Wales and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
We aspire to be a warm and welcoming place where all, regardless of their background or faith journey, can relax, have fun, find spiritual or pastoral guidance and make friendships which will last a lifetime. Our facilities include a lounge with kitchenette, a study space and a chapel which is always open for reflection and prayer. We also have a full-time chaplain who is always happy to chat over a cup of tea. Whether you’re looking for a quiet space to reflect on life’s big questions, engaging activities to join, or simply a place to call home during your studies, we’re here for you. Explore our community, participate in our events, and let us support your journey while you’re at university. We look forward to meeting you!

Support the Mission of the Catholic Chaplaincy
The Catholic Chaplaincy, a registered charity, is pivotal in enriching the university community but operates without funding from the universities. Your donations are crucial, as they significantly contribute to our financial resources, allowing us to support students and spread the Gospel effectively. If your time with us was impactful, please consider contributing to our mission. Your generosity ensures the continuation of our vital support and outreach activities.
